Bikram's HOT Yoga Wellington
Bikram yoga is the original 'hot yoga'. A unique series of 26 hatha yoga postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. You systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to 100% of your body, restoring all systems to healthy working order in every 90 minute class. Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health and a sense of well being follows.

Yakari Miwa www.yukariptus.com & Joseph Encinia www.josesphencinia.com will be here 5th and 6th of February to teach and inspire. They both have an amazing practice and story to tell of their yoga journey.
Posture Clinic - Sunday 5th February 10am - 4pm ish
- Master class taught by Joseph - Beginning class with extra tips, techniques. & demo's approx 2 1/2 hours
- Demonstration - their award winning routine plus and additional advanced posture routine.
- Discussion - an informal talk about their personal story with yoga, experience preparation for the championships
- Posture clinic - Joseph will disucss techniques, give adjustments and answer any questions you have

Advanced Seminar - Monday 6th February 10am - 4pm ish

Book Club - Thursday 2nd February 8pm
Our regular book club has turned into a discussion group! We talk about books, life, yoga anything at all.
This is a great way to meet you fellow yogi's and ofcourse have some cake!
Tea/coffee and cake provided.

Check out our new reception and retail space!
We have made some changes to our reception area to include more retail space. We are now selling a great Canadian brand, Lululemon Athletica www.lululemon.com at the studio. The clothes are lovely to wear in and out of the hot room. They are well made and long lasting.
Doors open 30 minutes before class starts so come a bit earlier to try some on. New stock arriving every month.
Our Friday night 6pm classes are by donation only. With your help, we select a variety of charities in the Wellington community to donate money to. Our current charity is the SPCA.
