Bikram's HOT Yoga Wellington
Bikram yoga is the original 'hot yoga'. A unique series of 26 hatha yoga postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. You systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to 100% of your body, restoring all systems to healthy working order in every 90 minute class. Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health and a sense of well being follows.

Check out our yoga clothes and accesories
We have made some changes to our reception area to include more retail space. We are now selling a great Canadian brand, Lululemon Athletica www.lululemon.com at the studio. The clothes are lovely to wear in and out of the hot room. They are well made and long lasting.
Doors open 30 minutes before class starts so come a bit earlier to try some on. New stock arriving every month.
Our Friday night 6pm classes are by donation only. With your help, we select a variety of charities in the Wellington community to donate money to. Our current charity is Epilepsy Foundation of New Zealand.
